Thanks for the video. I've been toying with a video game character and the leg bones had to be copied to tangent axis instrad of global, but it still required a 90 or -90 adjustment for the IK setup. I'm not sure aure why. Thanks for the video, epic shirt. 🤘

Sidenote about the rim lights: you should be able to use light linking so the lights only affect certain objects/collections. that way you wont have to make sure the light doesnt show up on the background when making rim lights

You know how you just filled the 2D FX layer. That could also be used to make a silhouette. Just render your characters with a transparent background. Add set the fill color to black!! That information has changed my life forever, I've been doing it the long and tedious way. But not anymore 😁

15:04 Instead of using a "Root" bone to limit the leg scaling, I just set inherit scale to none for the "ORG-LEG.001" bone. I got the same results, but is this bad practice? Will I run into issues down the road? I'd like to learn from my mistakes now rather than later when i've set up a dozen more rigs.

This is a bit advance in term of rigging no ? hahaha

everything was great until I heard afterfx, davinci resolve is the best alternative if someone wants to use blender using standard instead of filmic and color correcting in the compositor itself would also be a solution

When I link my rig, the dopesheet animations does not appear in the linked file, only the pose (somethimes with the wrong name) Can somebody help me? EDIT: I solve it by lincking the actions, I don´t know if it's the right option but it works.
